Okay, dumb mistake - was protecting folders and accidentally protected my entire amember folder, which includes my admin area, so now it's not letting me access the page at all to log in to admin.

Can anyone help me disable the protection or delete it to allow me to get in? Can I change the script in .htaccess? And if so, to what?

    Sorry, computer illiterate one here.

    Thanks,
    Laura

Nevermind - just uninstalled and re-installed.

@organizenow: in the future you can just delete the .htaccess file from your amember folder.

FTP in and delete the .htaccess file that was created.
