A few people have emailed me to say they tried to join my site but couldn't because PayPal kept telling them they had to login, but would never let them login.

Yet other people are able to join fine. There doesn't seem to be any reasonable explanation for who gets the error and who does not. One person even tried a second time and it worked even though it didn't the first time.

Any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

One customer who had this problem just told me that it may be an IE7 problem.

    Anyone heard anything?

No, it does not seem to be a common problem.

I'm still having this problem, is anyone else?

I've been working with Alex and he thinks it may be a browser setting problem. But if that were the case, other people using aMember with PayPal would also be experiencing this.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

So far out of 11 members to my new site I've had 5 people who couldn't join because PayPal kept telling them they had to login. But nothing they tried ever let them login.

I'm afraid to advertise this site because it's a waste of money if half of the people who want to join can't! This is getting ridiculous :(

    Jennifer,
are they already registered on PayPal ?

If not, did they try to register?

If yes, what does PayPal support say?
