Hello -- I have a user who cannot access a program she paid for. She can see the program listed in her "active resources", but when she clicks on the link for the program title, nothing happens. I tried with my test account and I noticed several problems. 1) The link for the active resource does not go the main page for the program, it just goes to the main page of my "university" (which basically just tells people they have to login to access anything). How do I change the link so that it points to the program overview page? (I've checked under the program set up and I can't find anywhere where I could do this!) 2) I recently added a second product to my university. And I added it to my test account, and what I see in that test account's profile page is that it has lifetime access to both of my programs under "Active Subscriptions", but only the first program is available and clickable under "Active Resources" (and that link does not go to the overview page for that program anyway). Why isn't the second program showing up under the Active Resources so that the user can access both programs? Problem #1 was not occurring when I only had the one program available, so I'm not sure what's gone wrong.
Never mind, I figured it out. If there are any other newbies dealing with this, you have to set it up under "Protect Content >> Links" rather than "Products". You have to add a new link and put in the URL to the main page for the course, and then it all shows up the way it should.
