Let's say i have 3 support developers A, B, C. What i want is, when a customer creates a ticket, one ticket goes to the developer A - then second ticket goes to B and then third goes to C then 4 goes to A then fifth goes to B... that way in one day, 30 tickets can be managed by 3 people, they will have 10 tickets to handle.... So my question is, how to divide the tickets by user, how to automatically assign? Please help! - are there any other solutions that can provide me this functionality and still work with amember.
