We have 983 tickets in the helpdesk, The whole amember backend works fine, Piwik works fine, main website loads very fast because we have pretty good server. But Helpdesk is very slow. When click on 1 ticket it takes more than 30 seconds to open, First it just loads for few seconds then after 25 seconds the data transfer starts happening and within 2 - 3 seconds the ticket loads, that totals to 30+ seconds for one ticket. It worked when we were on slow hosting company with 100 tickets, but on great servers this his happening from last two months and now it is really becoming productivity killer. Please help us!
I used the google chrome's developer console. it says the site loads in 3 seconds. I hope you get what i am trying to say, it takes so much time connecting.. 20 - 25+ seconds to connect and then 3 seconds to load
