    Hi m'y helpdesk Israël down hi havé à error
    Fatal error: Class Am_Helpdesk_Grid_Admin contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (Am_Helpdesk_Grid::getStatusIconId) in /home/infoconc/www/amember/application/helpdesk/library/Am/Helpdesk/Grid/Admin.php on line 3
