I need to hide a few of the signup fields. I don't want any of the following in my signup table. Payment System: we only use one - unimportant to user. Country: we only offer to US - don't need others. Or can I at least have initially selected "United States"? ADDRESS: I don't want the Address header row - I just want it to show Address in one column and text field in next. Product: We only have one that's clearly know to user beforehand.
