It seem like it is very difficult to configure

The templates are all pretty basic html with some "smarty" tags.

It really only gets complicated because of the smarty tags, which you can pretty much copy and paste into your own template design.

The full URL would be http://www.YOURSITE.com/amember/templates in most cases.
The templates are on your server in the amember folder.
