How can I change wording on my sign up page

Currently, on my signup page I have Paypal plug in enabled. So next to Payment System it says "Pay Pal" and then in smaller letters - secure credit card payment.

I would like to alter it so it is clear to users they can use a credit card.
How can I change it so it reads Pay Pal or Secure Credit Card Payment all in the same font size?
