What is the syntax of the url that an affiliate would use to refer other JV partners? Also, is there code or a token that can be placed on the affilaite page that will allow me to indicate a line as follows: Earn 2 Tier Commissions By Referring Other JV Partners - Use this link below: [aff referal link] What would the code be that would make the aff referal link appear on the page?
