How do I control who signs up?

    I have a page on my website that I want to protect. I have a list of about 200 people that I will allow to access it with no cost.

    When they sign up can I have the opportunity to approve or disapprove them? I don't want just anyone who signs up to be able to access my site - even though it is free.

    Also, can the system email me and notify me that someone wants permission to access the site?

    All this can be achieved in CP set up. Approve members, and admin to receive emails when members sign up.
