How do i create a free registration page?

Unless you edit the code manually (as I have done), the only option is to create a 'free' product for membership (i.e. Price: 0.00, Duration: Lifetime).

Then just set this to be the default product on the sign-up form.

If you don't know how to do that, I suggest you spend some time exploring and experimenting with the control panel.
