How do I get Authorize.net to process new membership rates for members who have already signed up?

    Hi there,

    After getting a few members and processing them through Authorize.net CIM - we decided to adjust the price for membership. When billing went through, it was for the first rate that was set when those members signed up.

    What should we do to get the two (aMember & Authorize.net) to sync up? Is this something that is set/adjusted in Authorize.net? Is there a setting/process in our aMember dashboard. Or am I going to have to have cancel those members first membership and then sign them up again at the new rate (please say no to that last one)?

    Hello. It has been a while since I've posted this. I spoke with Authorize.net. It is not an issue on their end. They just process what we tell them to process through the plugin.

    Help? It's been over two weeks since I originally posted this.
