We use authorize.net as our main payment processor and we use the built in affiliate program and then have it set up to pay out via paypal.

I'd like to be able to use Authorize.net as our main processor and then use either clickbank or paydotcom for handling affiliate payments.

Can I set things to handle it this way? If yes can I use both clickbank and paydotcom at the same time? If I have to pick one could you give me instructions for setting up both and that way I can pick.

thanks my site is http://www.forex-trading-coaches.com in case you need to check anything.

    thanks very much in advance!

For clickbank to handle affiliates, you need to use their payment system.

thanks but not sure if that is answer I need

Hi and thanks for your reply. the problem is that the answer does not go into enough detail. I already know that if I use paydotcom I would need to use them as a payment processor.

I want to know if I can use authorize.net to handle normal memberships and then also use paydotcom for instance to handle the processing of those payments that come from that system.

Can they work together? If I want to use paydotcom or clicbanks affiliate program I also am forced to use them as my primary payment solution as well?

No, each system will track its own affilaites- but you may have some problems with affiliates who bring you traffic via clickbank, but then the person buys on another system- i wouldnt be too happy about that.

Also- I saw in another thread you are using the amember affiliate system, that gives you the ptential for a double affiliate payment. Person visits once to the site via an amember affiliate link- gets cookied. Then comes back again via clickbank and buys. Now the clickbank affiliate gets a commission, and so does the amember.
