There should be "Trial Group" setting on product configuration screen. Read description carefully. And of course, trial must be handled with using of product settings, not with separate product.

Oh, I see what the problem is. I only have Authorize.Net SIM enabled; I will try to enable AIM to see if that helps. I assume SIM does not have that ability? If my client only uses SIM, can such trial account abuse be prevented? Thanks for your help Alex.
