Extenuating circumstances have put some of our subscribers in a position where they cannot use their subscription for a period of time. How can we put their subscription on hold for a period of time? Thanks!
PayPal Pro - the payment for the term of their subscription has already been made, we just need to "stop" or "disable" it so we can manually "restart" or "enable" it when they want to use their account. No contact with the payment processor should be needed. Thanks!
