How do you "set" an integration security key

    I'm not sure what the instructions for the WP plugin mean when it states "set" the integration security key using any "big" string. Where do I find this string?

    Make up your own character string. Just make sure you enter the same character string on the aMember side and the WordPress side. The longer and more convoluted you make it the better (within reason).

    Make sure the string doesnt contain any odd characters, '";;:#$%^ etc..
    I recommend a phrase and numbers, like johnssecretkey1945
