    Hello,

Could someone please give me a brief description of how I can use aMember and vBulletin together?

I am thinking about a service where:

    * Experts provide advice in a discussion forum.
    * Those who need advice post questions in the forum.

Those who need advice pay via aMember and only then are given read/write access to the forum.

    Thank you,

Assuming that you have aMember + vBulletin + vBulletin plugin installed already, you need to just protect folder where you have vBulletin from aMember CP.
So when any user will try to access that folder he will get aMember login screen, and will not be able to access it without active account in aMember.
Plugin will be required to keep the same database for both scripts and to handle single login between aMember and vBulletin.

Yes you can do that by making a different group in vbulletin. Setting permissions not to allow group A access but allow group B access

in aMember you can set people to be moved over to group B if they make a purchase.
