Hi there, I'm setting up a membership site for a client who has opted to use AlertPay as their payment processor. I'm currently running both AlertPay and Amember in Test Mode, but it is not immediately obvious how to cancel a recurring subscription. Does the customer login to their Amember profile and their will be a cancel button there (there isn't currently - maybe because I'm in test mode?) or do they have to go to AlertPay and cancel the subscription from there? If the subscription is cancelled in AlertPay, does AlertPay notify Amember so that Amember can automatically cancel the membership, effective at the end of the current subscription period that they have already paid for (to the end of the billing month for example, if the subscription is billed monthly)? Subscription can be cancelled from AlertPay. In aMember it will be disabled automatically at the end of paid period.
