Hi, We have purchased amember license for domain joomlavision.com (running latest 3.x version) Last year, we have moved to another new domain (still use 3.x version) without any problem! But now we want to upgrade it to 4.x version. I have follow the instruction: http://www.amember.com/docs/Migration_from_legacy_aMember_Pro_v3 but when the installation finish, it shows: Code: Script Error License error - license domain does not match your domain ([ournewdomain].com!=joomlavision.com) at http://[ournewdomain].com/members/ ref from If you are the site administrator, click this link to fix I have checked our account page and the license still show for old domain. Anyone know how to change this (we don't need the license for old domain anymore). I submitted the ticket but still don't get the answer! Any help appreciated
This is the correct procedure to get the licence changed. I am not sure how long you have waited but I suspect it would be handled soon.
