How to display payment method selection in member area?

Hi Support,

How to display payment method selection in member page area?

We have three plan in our web service.

When user sign in using trial pack, that member page display payment method to signup standard pack as a optional.

You can edit the order form in amember admin / forms /, create a new default for 'members'.

In admin area, I can't find the add new forms.
