    Hi Guys,

I would like to set up the following e-mail send outs scenarios with our product. We are using a 7 day trial with reoccurring monthly fee using PayPal standard.

Customer signs for the free trial and then cancels it

    1. An e-mail welcoming the customer to their free trial.
    2. A trial cancellation e-mail sent to the customer after they have cancelled their trial.

Customer signs up for their free trial and then continues their monthly subscription

    1. An e-mail welcoming the customer to their free trial.
    2. An e-mail sent to the customer telling them their trial is going to expire in 2 days time, and informing them they will be charged on a reoccurring monthly basis on the last day of their trial.

    3. The customer then uses their subscription for a month and then cancels.
    4. A subscription cancellation e-mail sent to the customer once they cancel.

Are the following e-mail scenarios possible in Amember? If so, could you please explain to me how I can do them using the e-mail options in Amember admin? I find them confusing.

    Best wishes,

    ch

Currently there is no cancellation emails for users, but this can te customized.
For email that should be sent two days before Trial expiration, you can use aMember CP -> manage Products -> Edit Product -> Send Automatic Emails
If you have 7 days Trial period, set email to be sent in 5 days after order.
