Hi, Im currently in the process of updating my membership costs however i do not wish to charge more for my current members, is there anyway of hiding the membership options i have so that i can create new membership options without having to change the current prices for my current members? well i know under products u can tick the box and pick a few options the way i would do it is make a coupon that brings the new amount to the old amount for old members and allow them to use the coupon and allow to recurring memberships. or you would have to set the products you have under groups and add all members now to that groups so they see them and new members to anther group
First of all changes in product do not affect existing recurring subscription. In event of you talk about non-recurring products then I suggest to use product availability options of products. So you can set it for old product that only user with such subscription (active or expired) can see this option and setup another new product with new price for new customers.
