I have uploaded and unzipped the one-time download plug-in, but it's not showing up on my configuration page. Do I need to do something to get it 'registered' with the script?

    Hi photoartguy,

You need to upload it to the correct folder - aMember plugins/protect folder.

Then you need to activate it here: aMember CP > Setup/Config > Plugins > One-time Download

Yes, I did that, but it doesn't show up in the plugin list on the CP.

Can you post a screenshot of the amember plugin page and FTP of the directory you uploaded it to?

It's showing up, now, after Tech Support fixed a different problem.

Another question: do all of the downloadable files have to go into the same 'protected directory?'

    Hey photoartguy,

    In a nutshell, Yes.

But you can have sub-directories to the main directory. ;)
