Hi, I noticed that inactive users who cancelled their subscription are still getting the autoresponder emails unless they or the admin removes them from the list. Is there a way to automate this? Or is there a way to mass unsubscribe inactive users from a mailing list so that they stop getting the autoresponder emails? Thank you in advanced. Jazzery
maybe a related issue ... I'm noticing a similar anomoly ... Members who let their subscriptions expire continue to get newsletters, even though all newsletter threads are set to be available for "All active members (paid and not expired)". The "expired" field is being changed properly in the database, yet the newsletter filter is not performing properly. I'm running 3.1.4PRO and did not notice this in previous versions. This symptom causes two administrative headaches: I need to go in and manually unsubscribe expired members from the newsletters; and those members who renew subscriptions after expiration have to re-subscribe to their desired newsletters. Anybody else seeing this, or have a solution? Thanks!
