Dear All, I've been testing the e-mails that customers receive after signing up to the site. I've done the following: 1. I've created a product. For the product, for the 'E-mail Settings', I've selected 'se Customized Signup E-Mail', and have edited the e-mail with some custom text. 2. I've set the 'Expire Notifications' to 'EMail expiration notices for this product (regardless of global setting)' However, after purchasing a subscription, Signup e-mails are being sent both for the product and the e-mail from 'Global Settings'. Can someone please tell what settings I need to use so that only the custom Signup e-mail for the product is sent, and not the one from 'Global Setting' as well? Best wishes, ch
