hey guys, I tried a search but didn't see an answer to this. i apologize if it's been asked before.
All of our customers are entered as autorenew; we don't offer any other type of subscriptions. We don't put the "cancel" button on their page but tell them to contact us if they no longer want to renew, and we cancel their autorenew from the back end. However, sometimes we accidentally cancel someone when we meant to do something else -- like update an expiration date or something. How can we turn the auto renew back on? If it's something i need to do in mysql i can, just have no idea where that flag is set and don't know if once autorenew is expired, cc info is deleted as well.

linkpoint/firstdata. i believe on rebill amember just resends the cc number, name, and expire date. so that is all in the system.

Unfortunately this is impossible to restore rebilling in this situation. When you cancel subscription, aMember remove CC info, so user will have to resubscribe.

okay, well, then i have another question. How can a subscriber resubscribe to a product if they already have an account created? would the product need to show up on their member page to order it? and not via the ordering page?

You would have the member re-order from within the members area, after having them login. You can send them a direct link to this page.
