how to upgrade?

I am upgrading from 3.1.2 to 3.1.8 and after I downloaded the ugprade kit, I have no instruction to how to upgrade at all.
I read from your site:
3.xx to 3.xx UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS
Go to http://www.amember.com/amember/member.php and download an "upgrade kit" for your version (for example, if you have 3.0.2 installed, you need an upgrade kit for 3.0.2). You will find upgrade instructions near the upgrade kit download link.

I found no "upgrade instruction near the upgrade kit download link" at all. There is a "read more" link but page is not found with 404

Please help
