    Hello,

One of my affiliates bought my product with his own affiliate link and that is against my policies.

I can`t find a way to remove that commission from his account. How can I do it?

I want to do the same for another affiliate who made a sale and the buyer did a charge-back with his bank, so we lost the money.

    Looking forward to you response.

    Regards.

You need to manually do it in phpmyadmin.

wow....really? that hard? isn't there a solution inside Amember Admin?

If not, What should I do in PHPmyadmin?

    Thanks in advance.

No! If you void a payment via aMember CP, aMember automatically voids related commission.
Go to user -> Invoices and add a "Chargeback" or "Refund"

Thanks Alex but that is just in case of refunds. What should i do when I want to void the commission when an affiliate buys with his own link?

    Thanks again.

Unfortunately, only a way to do that is phpMyAdmin currently.
If commission has not been paid out yet, find a record in am_aff_commission table and delete it. Record must be easy to find by date and amount.

We will add a GUI way to do that into future version.

Has any update been made to this? I'd like to adjust an affiliate commission because I forgot to set a custom rule, and it would be nice not to have to go into the database to do so either.
