Hi I am using version 4.2.17 and authorize.net aim. When a user is loged in, how can they cancel their recurring charge for their membership? It does not show in the Payment history area...so hwere is it?
This forum is not support. For support you should submit a ticket. I am not familiar with the Authorize.net AIM integration but with Authorize.net CIM there is an unsubscribe link in payment history.
SmithDP, I have never done that, so I am not sure. You could see if someone with intimate knowledge of this responds (which could be aMember support - but no guarantees) or submit a ticket to support to get their input.
