Hey guys, Few things here...First off, I purchased aMember Pro a long time ago, and have lost it with my old old site, along with all my purchase info...If you look I have posted months ago about the pro version, however I dont have it anymore :(

I was hoping I could pay upgrade price and possibly get the new pro version out....Let me know if we can work something out Alex.....I would really appreciate it..

Anyways, back to my main problem...Im playing around with the Free version for now (due to reasons above) and Im having a hell of a time getting protection for the directory I want.

I have created my .htaccess file for my script, I have got the rest of the script running great, so I uploaded my htaccess file in ascii to the directory I want to protect .

I still get no protection, no request for login, nothing...I have used htaccess before and its pretty easy, but for the life of me I cant understand why the hell its not working..

I have checked after uploading to make sure the htaccess file is infact there using -1a in ws_ftp pro, and its there, but not working....

Do you guys have any idea why this is happening? I am stumped and would really like to figure this out as its driving me crazy....I have read all the posts, read all the readme's and still cant find any answers.....

I need helpful advice if anyone has it, dont tell me to read as Ive read everything you have to offer....I need suggestions please..

    Thanks guys!
