I have this error message each time I try to log in - I was in the middle of protecting my files and think I may have protected something that didn't require it. David, Remove /amember/plugins/protect/htpasswd_remote/ folder and all files within that folder. Then login into aMember CP -> Setup -> Plugins and click save. This should help.
Alexander, Thank you for you reply and my apologies for the late response. I actually did a clean install, which resolved the problem and forgot all about my message here. Just thought it polite to let you know that it is fixed now David
