Hi Alex, Here is the situation: I am blocking access to most of our site and members need to signup (free) before using it. Problem is that I need to verify their emails. So the VERFIFY EMAIL option of aMember is activated. Problem is that if members do not follow instructions after they agree with the terms at signup, which says check your email for verification, and try to login already, they still will let them! In other words, without verfying their email, they can login. When they login they are taken to their member page where they can add the subscription. Basically, without verifying their email they got access to the site. That's not good! I am using PHP_INCLUDE for protection. Please let me know am I doing something wrong is this a bug? thanks
I know that it is possible. Unfortunately, there is no quick way to solve trouble. If you need strict e-mail verification. just enable username and/or password generation in aMember CP -> Setup. Then user has no chance to login if he enters wrong e-mail address.
