Hi, I ordered the amember software and it was installed by your team, and now I must have the incremental content plugin BUT no matter what I do I can not get my order to be processed. I even choose the paypal option which is NEVER a problem BUT still I get and ERROR from the Processor who is handling your billing. If I can not do business with amember then I must ask for a full refund and find another solution for my Member site. I have tried all day to order this plugin and have given up on trying to order through swreg system. Either give me an alternative to purchase this plugin or refund my money for the software. I have wasted one entire day screwing with swreg. My past order went through with NO problems. I just don't know why there would have been ANY problem using the Paypal option. I contacted swreg and they said it must be a credit card issue. That is impossible when I have 1,000's of dollars in my Paypal Account. Dear Sirs I am absolutely sure YOU are losing business because of this issue from others trying to order. I can paypal you the money DIRECT or YOU give me some way to place and order NOW. I have the same issue with credit card and Paypal. Here is the reply from SWReg: Thank you for contacting SWREG. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused you. We show that the order was unable to be completed due to a communication error with the issuing bank. Unfortunately, this may be a permanent issue, since address verification is not available with all banking institutions and we were unable to obtain authorization for the charge. For information regarding the status of your credit card, please contact the issuing bank of the credit card. We suggest using a different credit card or, if available, select an alternate payment method to place your order. If you would like to attempt a new order, please go to the vendor's website. - Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. If you are attempting to place an order from a promotional offer, please use the link provided by that offer. If the incorrect pricing appears, empty your shopping cart and try again. - Once all items you wish to purchase are in the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout. We recommend when placing an order that you enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. If your middle initial appears on your credit card, please include it.
jes_bad, Sorry for issues. Please try to use 2Checkout instead of SWREG as payment system from membership renewal form.
