Hy there! I am a merchant from Romania (so the processor should not have banned my country).I have applied a while ago on Merchantboos.net , when they were free , only to find now that they are requiring 500 $ setup fee (wich I canot afford).So the processor must not have a setup fee.I can accept a processor with higher rates for transactions , but it has to meet those two conditions.My business is quite fledging now so I canot afford to pay anything before making the first sales...
