I need a single page signup/checkout created ASAP and I'm using Paypal Payments Pro

Hi,

The current default for amember is for the customer to complete several fields on the 1st signup page like username, password, etc. and then they have to click the "Next" button and fill out a 2nd page with the actual credit card information, address, etc. for paypal payments pro.

I need all of this to be on one single page. That means that the user will pick their username, password, AND enter in all of their credit card information for paypal payments pro all on one single page and that's it. Bonus points(but not 100% necessary) if you can visually customize the actual form/page to look like this: https://www.beyonddiet.com/bd/orders/create/bd2
