I sent in a support ticket, but I need immediate help. I downloaded and installed Amember on July 24th and today is only August 15th and my amember pages are saying that my 30 day trial has expired!! I have all intentions of buying Amember and will do so today if need be, but why did this expire before the 30 days? I wasn't even in town on July 15th, so something is not right with the trial calculations. I have existing members trying to access their content and people trying to join. I am in the middle of a huge promotion right now and need to get this corrected today. What do I need to do next?
