I Want To Protect

Now over 2 weeks I'm still in a lost state.

I have basicly everything setup.

But when I go on the protected area it shows the URL link up top.

I copy that file and login in another pc with the exact URL I can get in without it asking a password or login.

I dont know where to look or to do this protection

I'm I to load some text in html to protect this?
