I am going to be opening an MMORPG gaming related site on 07/21/07 and after a couple of very convincing referrals I am all but convinced that Amember is the membership script I need. I do however have a couple of questions. 1. Is the mail features of amember capable of managing mailing lists and sending out broadcast newsletters to the list like autoresponder scripts? 2. If it is not which of the numerous autoresponder scripts out there is preferred and integrates the best with Amember? 3. If I purchase Amember, and autoresponder and the plugin for the autoresponder script, will the Amember staff install both amember and the plugin? Thank you in advance
Make sure you check with your webhost about your daily sending limit. If they have a limit per hour etc, you may need to use throttling of email sending. Use PHPmail if they do, it isn't an autoresponder, but it is a mailing list manager.
