I've answered your ticket that you sent today. There was no tickets from Friday in the support queue, so I guess there was some communication problems. May be it was answered and you have not received response? P.S. We don't delete posts here.
Icariion and Alex, The same happened to me. I requested an installation amember offers to do within 24 hours. I think it is a really great offer but IMHO then you should also fulfill - or at least send an email with some info WHEN the customer can expect the fulfillment of the installation. In my case, I have sent two installation requests, a dozen of follow-up mails and opened two tickets since Sunday. No reply so far. I requested an installation because you offer it and I need to be up and running fast.
