    Hello,

Hopefully I can get some advice here. I'm wanting to export all of my members from one amember copy I have and import them to another. Is there a guide on how to do this. I thought it would be pretty straight forward but the process is quite complicated, the importing aspect at least.

Also, the site I'm exporting the members from has over 100,000 members. Is exporting and importing going to work on this large of a scale?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

exporting and importing users is easy (export to .csv, import from .csv)..

if you need the subscription information, however, that is a whole other matter.

I understand the format of the export and import file. That really wasn't the issue. Which amember fields should be used on the import is what I'm really trying to find out. The export seems pretty straight forward.

Hey, I figured this out. It just took a little bit of common sense. In the CSV file if field 5 is the name in the CSV file, import would be name field 5 etc.. Pretty straight forward. I have to break the export files up into months because I have over 100,000 members however.

So now I have a new problem with this. When exporting members you can only choose and end date for 2008 and forward. I'm having to export 3 months or so of members at a time. So if I want to export the members from the dates of nov 2007 to jan 2007 I cant. The end date can only be 2008. Seems to be an oversight in the export process. Maybe a fix can be made for this?

Anything? I'm losing about 60,000 members because of a bug in this script.
