Every time I try to get an income report and click "Proceed" the script seems to take forever to run and our MySQL server eventually crashes. All other features work fine. We have a dedicated server and this happens even with a very low load on the public side of the server (e.g. on weekend nights when we have very few visitors). Any help is appreciated. We use aMember Pro to handle 35,000+ members (most of them are free subscribers for the time being, we're in the process of rolling out several paid subs).
It seems to be a problem with weekly reports - we will disable it at all. (BTW, the problem seems to be inside PHP) Could you try montly report?
Finally, we have found a problem, the fix will be included to next release. We can email you fixed files earlier if you contact us : support@cgi-central.net
I had the same issues as well. It happened when I changed the time zone on the server. If I generate a report with the old time zone it works flawlessly.
I'm having a similar issue with running a daily report that spans two months (like Oct 31-Nov 6). As long as I stay within the same month it works fine. Anyone else seeing this?
The latest Alex ... 2.3.2 I believe. It's an odd problem. Not a big deal, otherwise I would have shot you a TT on it. What happens is that the weekly and monthly reports work great. But, when I try and run a daily report across oct - nov (like stated above) it just hangs there. No MySQL crash, just no progress. I haven't look into any server logs yet, perhaps hoping that someone here had a similar issue. Nothing in the amember logs anyway.
I believe this problem doesn't appear for other users. If you access support with server access details, I will try to help.
Daily reports stopped working after 10 months of use. My daily report always ran instantly. Now I can only get weekly and monthly reports and they work instantly. The only changes I made to the script have been the addition of the coppermine plugin (which alex inspected) and I changed the time frame to clear logs from 7 days to 30 days. Version is 2.3.5.Pro
Just as a follow up: I am in the process of upgrading & moving the aMember installation to a different domain. So far the database has been transferred and an old date offset problem in reports has been resolved. I am still seeing the problem with daily reports, when I select daily reports the server chugs and the load increases, but never spits out the report. Weekly works fine as do monthly. The version I am using is 3.0.7 Pro.
I did not enter a period, I just used the default, which I assume is "all dates" or from beginning to end.
