A number of prospective members are signing up on the ".../signup.php" but abandoning the Paypal system. Sometimes they come back and visit ".../member.php" -- but most often they do not become customers.

I've ran test transactions to make sure the interface is working, and it is. I noticed after the ".../signup.php" screen, Paypal runs the visitor through two more screens.

Is anyone else seeing this? What is a good best practice to convert these visitors? How are you bringing back these pending accounts?

    Sincerely,

    Justin

    Justin,
you may try to email them, but most possible they don't have money or just don't want to signup.

    Alex,

I'll e-mail them, some even entered their address, so maybe I'll write too.

It just perplexes me that they would click the a membership option, which clearly states the price, but not follow through after they click "continue" -- who would go through such effort.

Anyone else have any ideas? What do you do on your membership site?

    Best,

    Justin
