"Incorrect value for expire days" error help!

    Hello,

    My members are trying to sign up for a product that is monthly recurring for Lifetime access (until canceled).

    I was just informed new members upon trying to pay via Paypal receive the error message: Incorrect value for expire days: 2037-12-31.

    What does this mean and how can I fix?

    I did recently change payment processors, if that matters (going from authorize.net to paypal)

    Is it lifetime, or recurring?

    I think you have misunderstood the date settings and thats whats giving you the error.

    If you want them to have a monthly rebill, set the duration to 1 mos, recurring.
    (not lifetime, recurring)
