Being as undocumented as this upgrade was, and after paying for the developer to handle the upgrade for another $80 (in addition to the software), many things were left undone. After 8 days, I am still having issues and the support desk is not helping. So, as I discover remedies for the outstanding issues, I will update them here in the forum in hopes they will help others.
