I had a trial version installed and I followed the upgrade from trial to pro versions to the letter. It worked fine up til I enabled this plug-in.

@schoolgirldiaries: When you do an upgrade from trial to pro it is usually best, at minimum, to clear out the amember\plugins\protect folder before you unzip the pro files.

While the trail version of aMember ships with all of the various 3rd party protection plugins for testing, they are not all included for free with Pro and must be purchased individually from amember.com.

You can not use the (free) trial versions of the plugins in the Pro install.

Thanks Skippy. I actually did do that, and I bought the incremental plugin separately and uploaded it. My problems were actually solved just by deleting the entire amember folder with all it's files and doing a fresh, amember pro install.

Before, even though I had uploaded the amember pro files, it was still registering as the trial version (I even used the fixlicense tool and everything). Thanks again for the help ^^
