First, I need to start off by saying I put a ticket in and have had no acknowledgment of it being received other than seeing the ticket in the helpdesk. I manage a website for a customer that does substantial transactions with Amember integrated with Expression Engine. It was working perfectly for months, but last week I upgraded to a newer, bigger server. This caused the IPs to change. But now, when someone logs in to amember, it redirects them after the sucessful login message back to expression engine, but unlike before, they are still not logged in. Amamber use to resolve this and log them into EE as well. So what I'm left with now, is customers can login but they immedately get redirected as a guest to the main site page, and do not get the member based priveledges that they should. I've checked, and rechecked EVERYTHING from amember and ee. EE actually works correctly. I can login to ee using a stand alone form just fine. but that's the ONLY way I can get it. Has anyone experienced this?
How can I go about getting service for this product? i've had a ticket submitted since Sat May 16 2009 10:42AM and have yet to even see a response. I'm also not seeing a response here. I've had paying customers that cannot access their site, or their amember information Since Friday
By the way. per your contact page: "On weekends and public holidays only tickets marked as urgent will be answered. " This ticket was market urgent and we are going on 48 hours. your support says you will answer tickets within 24.
Hi, Sorry for delay with this. Issue has been fixed. The problem was in passwords encryption, SHA1 class in EE does not work the same way as sha extension in php and EE use extension if available. EE plugin was fixed. If you didn't get a reply in time, PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE CURRENT TICKET WITH UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS, create new and ask what happen. Each follow up will put your ticket to the end of queue, so we will not see your ticket if you will update it frequently.
