Integration ticketing system Kayako or PerlDesk?

    Hi,

    I plan to purchase a ticketing soluiton and want to integrate that with the membership software - for which I want amember

    I see you support Kayako and Perldesk

    My goals and processes are these - can you comment on what works and what not - and which ticketing software you recommend for the job?

    All these processes imply use of amember for consulting intensive, high-prize subscriptions that run on different intervals, lengths, prices... so EACH customer is worth handling ... it's not a $5 subscription, but a $100 subscription per client (just to understand the value of good service)

    1) subscription cancel & expiry process
    - whenever a paypal subscription was cancelled I want the system to follow up 2-3 times.... UNTIL a reply from the client is returned... then he usually writes WHY he cancelled, wants a discount, whatever...

    I WANT TO TRACK THAT RESPONSE PROCESS in the ticketing software, not alone via email

    2) initial service process

    - whenever a client has paid there's some work to do - by different people in my team... so I want to manage that process in the ticketing solution, so I need a ticket opened in the ticketing solution as soon as the money arrived , including all the data
    I will need 5-10 custom fields to specify the work to be done in the ticket as well --- I'm not sure if both tkt solutions support it, but my custom fields from amember shall be created in the tkt solution as well as custom fields, so they can be indexed and made stats on in best case

    I'm affraid PerlDesk could not do that at all.

    Kayako and Kayako plugin of course does not implement these very custom requests. If you wish this implemented as custom work, contact us for quote.

    yes - I added the RFQ to the ticket
