Internal processing error (get_caller):

    Error has occurred:

    "API Username, Password, Certificate File and Environment must all be set."

    I have correctly entered the PayPalPro API username, password, and signature. what is the Certificate File and Environment being asked to be set? I have searched the knowledgebase and manual but cannot find these terms.

    Thanks. Please help asap
