Internal processing error : Request failed with response code "400"

    When I try to execute a transaction with my paypal sandbox, I get the following error message:

    Internal processing error : Request failed with response code "400" for service NVPPaymentServ operation SetExpressCheckout version 1.0 endpoint 10.6.192.91:30990: Error when forwarding request.See server log for more info.

    Can someone help?
